I know its not much but for me it is! I haven’t been able to work out lately because vacations and doctors appointments etc. So, I went to the gym, did elliptical for 25 mins, worked my abs for 15, stretched, and after that I walked for about 20 mins!
Breakfast: cornflakes and a banana
Lunch: Chicken breast and salad
Snack: soy seeds and a green apple
Dinner: Salmon and quinoa and for dessert: mango :) (YUM)
